A member of the Bar since 1998, Kim has over 20 years of experience as an Entertainment Lawyer and Television Producer. She notably held the position of Managing Director at Swan Productions before joining the production company Trinôme as a Partner and Executive Producer.

In 2017, she moved to Bordeaux to pursue her passion for wine and completed an MBA in Wine Marketing and Management at INSEEC. She then accompanied French wine producers in their marketing and export strategy, acted as a lecturer at INSEEC Bordeaux, while continuing to practice entertainment law for Quebec and French clients.

In 2024, interested in alternative dispute resolution methods, she completed a University Diploma at the Université de La Rochelle in Mediation and Conflict Resolution. Her thesis focused on mediation in the audiovisual production sector.

This background led her to return to Montreal in January 2025 and chose MLS Legal to focus on the practice of law, providing her clients with a commercial and strategic approach to the exercise and protection of rights in the entertainment and intellectual property sectors. Kim will also share some office management functions with Madeleine Lamothe-Samson.
