Carolina has been practicing law since 2017. She began her career at MLS Legal in 2016 as a student, later completing her Bar internship and continuing on as an associate lawyer. After gaining additional experience at a major artists’ association and a well-known Montreal boutique firm specializing in entertainment law, she returned to MLS Legal, where she is now a partner.

Her practice focuses on intellectual property and corporate and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on complex copyright and trademark matters. She is also involved in a broad range of mandates across the film and television, performing arts, music, and cultural industries, and has developed strong expertise in labor relations specific to these sectors.

Carolina regularly collaborates with leading international companies. Her in-depth understanding of MLS Legal’s clients and industries, combined with her pragmatic and strategic approach, makes her a valued advisor to clients and colleagues alike.

Deeply engaged in the legal and cultural communities, Carolina is a member of the Association des juristes pour l’avancement de la vie artistique (AJAVA) and serves on the Boards of Directors of the Association littéraire et artistique internationale Canada (ALAI Canada), Infinitheatre, and Travelling Distribution.

She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada™ since 2025 for her work in Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Law.
