Lawyer since 2013, Érika specializes in copyright, entertainment, trademarks, advertising and marketing law.

Érika started her career in the Montreal office of a major international firm. She joined MLS Legal in 2017, bringing years of experience in all types of intellectual property matters, including complex litigation.

Clients, colleagues, and peers recognize Érika’s intelligence and thoroughness. They also appreciate her oratory skills and the ease with which she makes legal concepts accessible. In addition to her involvement in MLS Legal’s files, Érika advises clients with regard to regulation and labelling, especially in the food and textile industries.

Érika regularly gives public talks on complex and innovative legal subjects such as blockchains and smart contracts. She is part of a number of very select clubs, such as those who successfully passed the difficult trademark agent exams on their first try… and the Montreal Ukulele Club.
