A member of the Bar since 2017, Carolina began her career at MLS Legal in 2016, first as a student, as an intern, and then as an associate, and is now back with the team after having worked for a major artists’ union and a well-known Montreal boutique firm in the entertainment industry.

Carolina is involved in complex copyright and trademark litigation. The skills she has acquired, and her growing knowledge of the reality of MLS Legal’s clients, make her an ideal collaborator for clients and colleagues.

Carolina is involved in all types of MLS Legal cases, touching on many sectors of our economy. She has extensive experience in the film and television, entertainment, and music industries, and in labour relations in these sectors. She is an avid lover of the arts both here and abroad, which makes her very enthusiastic about her work in the cultural industry.

Carolina is also actively involved in the firm’s trademark agency services. She regularly collaborates with several large international firms.

Carolina is a member of the Association des juristes pour l’avancement de la vie artistique (AJAVA) and sits on the Board of Directors of the Association littéraire et artistique internationale Canada (ALAI Canada), the Board of Directors of the Centre des musiciens du monde and the Board of Directors of Travelling.
